We Recommend
1. Who we are and which games this policy covers
We Recommend ("we", "us", or "our") is responsible for the processing described in this Privacy Policy. This policy applies to the following mobile games and support provided for them (together, the "Services"):
- Yellowstone: Match Park Royal
- Woodravel: Arrow Puzzle
- Bloompark: Color Sort
- Bannerward: Castle Defense
- FaunaGlow: Color Sort Puzzle
The policy covers the Android versions of these games and their iOS versions when those versions become available. Data processing can differ by game, platform, enabled feature, SDK configuration, region, and your privacy choices.
You do not need to register an account to play these games. This policy explains how information is handled; using a game does not by itself constitute consent to processing for which consent is required.

2. Information processed
Information is collected through the games, integrated software development kits (SDKs), and communications you send to us. Depending on the applicable features and configuration, this can include:
| Information | Examples and purposes |
|---|---|
| Device and technical information | IP address, device model, operating system, language, app version, and installation or app-instance identifiers. Used to operate and diagnose the Services, analyze performance, and prevent fraud. |
| Advertising identifiers and ad events | Android advertising ID or, in an available iOS version and when permitted, IDFA; ad impressions, clicks, and reward events. Used to deliver and measure advertising, attribute installations, and prevent advertising fraud, subject to applicable consent and platform settings. |
| Gameplay and usage information | Sessions, game interactions, level progress, and events sent to analytics services. Used to understand gameplay, improve the games, and measure campaigns. |
| Diagnostic information | Crash reports, error logs, and performance measurements where diagnostic features are enabled. Used to investigate technical problems and improve stability. |
| Approximate location | Country or region inferred from an IP address. Used for regional service delivery, analytics, and advertising. This does not, by itself, require access to GPS location. |
| Purchase information, if purchases are offered | Product identifier, transaction or receipt information, amount, currency, and purchase events needed to deliver or restore purchased content, validate transactions, and analyze purchases. |
| Support communications | Your email address, message, and information you choose to provide when contacting us. Used to respond to support and privacy requests. |
| Privacy choices | Consent decisions and relevant permission settings. Used to apply and document your choices. |
Device and app identifiers can be personal data even where they do not contain your name. Please do not include passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information in support messages.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use information to provide gameplay and support, deliver purchased content where applicable, maintain security, diagnose errors, improve the Services, deliver advertising, and measure installations and campaigns.
Where European data protection law applies, the applicable legal basis depends on the purpose: performance of a contract for processing necessary to deliver requested Services; legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, and appropriate service improvement, after considering your rights; compliance with legal obligations; or consent where required, including for applicable advertising, tracking, or device access. Legitimate interests do not replace consent where consent is legally required.
You can withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. See Section 7 for how to contact us and manage relevant choices.
4. Analytics, attribution, and advertising partners
We use AppMetrica, AppLovin, Google AdMob, Firebase, and AppsFlyer. Their SDKs may receive information directly from your device for the purposes described below. The information received depends on configuration and your choices.
Advertising can be contextual or, where enabled and legally permitted, personalized using advertising identifiers and information about interactions to infer interests. Consent, tracking permission, and age-related restrictions apply where required. Declining personalization does not necessarily remove all advertising.
| Service | Purpose | Privacy information |
|---|---|---|
| AppMetrica | App analytics and measurement of usage, installations, and configured events. | Yandex Privacy Policy |
| AppLovin / MAX | Advertising, ad mediation, ad measurement, and advertising fraud prevention. | AppLovin Privacy Policy |
| Google AdMob | Advertising delivery and measurement, including processing of ad and device information subject to privacy settings. | Google Privacy Policy |
| Firebase | App services and configured analytics or diagnostic features. Data processing depends on the Firebase products enabled. | Firebase Privacy and Security; Google Privacy Policy |
| AppsFlyer | Install attribution, campaign and event measurement, and attribution fraud prevention. | AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy |
For more information about AppLovin's collection and use of your information, visit AppLovin's Privacy Policy.
Depending on the service and contractual arrangement, a partner may act as our processor or as an independent controller for some activities. Its privacy information explains its own practices and available choices. Partner policies supplement this policy and do not replace our responsibility for processing through the games.
Information may also be disclosed where necessary to comply with law, protect rights and security, or support a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards and notice.
5. Purchases
If a game offers in-app purchases, payment is handled by the applicable platform store, such as Google Play or the App Store when an iOS version is available. We may receive purchase confirmation, receipts or transaction identifiers, and purchase events for delivery, validation, restoration, and analytics. These records are distinct from payment card details handled by the payment provider. The relevant store's privacy policy also applies to its processing.
6. Retention, security, and international processing
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for its disclosed purpose. The period is determined by the type of information, the duration needed to provide support or purchased entitlements, configured analytics retention, security and fraud prevention needs, and applicable legal requirements.
Support records are retained as needed to resolve the request and related disputes. Analytics and diagnostic records are retained according to the applicable service settings and the period needed for measurement or investigation. Where purchase records are processed, they may be retained for entitlement restoration, fraud prevention, and legal or accounting requirements. Information is deleted or irreversibly anonymized when it is no longer needed, subject to lawful retention exceptions and applicable backup cycles.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including secure transmission and controls on access. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Our partners operate internationally, and information may be processed outside your country. Where required, transfers must rely on an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, with additional measures where necessary. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data. Merely using the Services is not consent to an otherwise unlawful international transfer.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data; object to applicable processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a competent data protection authority.
Send a privacy or deletion request to foodgamesforfree@gmail.com. Specify the game, platform, and nature of the request. Where available, include a game or installation identifier to help locate the relevant records. We may ask for proportionate information needed to verify the request; do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary.
Because the games do not offer account registration, there is no registered game account to delete. You can nevertheless request deletion of personal data that can be associated with your use of the game. Uninstalling a game does not automatically delete records already transmitted to us or our partners. Where a partner processes data on our behalf, we coordinate the applicable request; where it acts independently, its own request procedure may also apply. We explain any lawful retention exception or inability to identify records.
For requests governed by the GDPR, we respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If permitted and necessary because of complexity or the number of requests, this period may be extended by up to two further months; we inform you within the initial month and explain the reason. Other laws may prescribe different deadlines.
You can use the advertising privacy controls available in your Android settings. For future iOS versions, you can manage tracking permissions in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Available controls depend on the operating system version. Device controls do not necessarily disable all analytics or contextual advertising. You can also contact us to withdraw consent or exercise advertising-related rights. Any in-game consent controls must reflect and apply your choices.
8. Young users
The games are intended for users older than 13 and are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that personal data has been collected from a child under 13 contrary to applicable law, we take steps to delete it. Parents or guardians can contact us using the details above.
Being older than 13 does not automatically make a user eligible to consent to every form of processing. Where local law requires parental authorization or additional protections for minors, those requirements apply to the relevant processing, including advertising and tracking.
9. California privacy rights
To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies, California residents have rights to know and access personal information, request correction and deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, and exercise applicable rights without unlawful discrimination.
The categories processed, sources, purposes, recipients, and retention criteria are described in Sections 2–6. Advertising-related disclosures may constitute "sale" or "sharing" under California law depending on the actual arrangement, even without a cash payment. You may contact us at the email above to exercise applicable rights or request an opt-out. We may verify requests when permitted by law; opt-out requests do not require identity verification. An authorized agent may act on your behalf as permitted by law.
For applicable requests to know, correct, or delete, we generally respond within 45 calendar days, with a further 45-day extension where legally permitted and notified. Sale or sharing involving users under 16 requires the applicable affirmative authorization; parental authorization is required for children under 13.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the Services and our practices change. The published version will state its effective date. Where required, we provide notice of material changes and obtain any necessary consent before the new processing begins.
